All the other problems were the same, and the same workaround went fine. You need to allow Filezilla server.exe through the firewall (windows firewall advanced settings, allow program). I repeated the installation with a new disk with SP1, but the only difference was that I didn't get the message saying that the hardware might not be able to boot on this disk. P.S.: after I did that, I realized that I was using a Win2008R2 without SP1. Thanks for suggesting that I update the OS drivers, which led me to this partial solution. Probably if I was able to install windows using the Lifecycle Controller properly in the way it was intended, I would now have all the drivers I need, but I couldn't find out how to do it. That means I should have drivers for that too, and who knows which other drivers are missing. On the bad side, I don't have network: it doesn't even display the network cards. To do this i installed the same 0.9. On the good side, I was able to install windows without any further errors. Dear all, i moved a filezilla 0.9.29 beta installation from a Windows Server 2000 machine to a Windows Server 2012 R2 machine. But if it has been overwritten (due to crash corruption), then everything is gone and you need to restore it from your latest backup. Also, after installing, I was able to reboot ok, so that warning was wrong. Everything is stored inside 'FileZilla Server.xml'. However, the "next" button is enabled and I was able to install windows. Still in the disk screen, the installer still had a warning saying that "Windows cannot be installed", and as a reason it says the hardware might not be able to boot on this disk. After an automatic reboot the progress bar finally meets about 75 and it says 'Complete Installation'(last step of the total progress). Then I start the installation on my desktop PC with this disk.
